What Does This Warranty Cover?

This product is warranted against defects in material or workmanship during Warranty Period.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This Warranty does not cover the defects which are due to the use or maintenance that differs from that described in the instruction manual including negligence and  by other reasons that could not be attributed to actions or omissions by the manufacturer. For example: the wrong functioning of the seat belts buckles caused by the eventual introduction of food, drinks, etc.

What is the Period of Coverage?

The Warranty Period is two years from the date of purchase if purchased for personal use (a purchase with a tax receipt) and one year in the case of professional use (a purchase with invoice).

How Do You Get Service?

To get Warranty Service you must deliver the defective product to the seller in the full original packaging with the receipt and all components, including the instruction manual.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

If the seller is unable to resolve the problem, the product will be sent to us (manufacturer), and we will repair or replace the defective product at our expense.

However if the return did not reflect the cause of the warranty, you would be charged for all the costs incurred for verification, repair and transport.

The process of reparation does not extend the Warranty Period which always runs from the date of purchase.

What Will We Not Do?

We will not bear any responsibility for any damage caused to property, people or animals as a result of non-observance of the instructions for the usage of the product given in the instruction manual.

What Must You Do to Keep the Warranty in Effect?

In order to keep the warranty in effect you must keep the receipt of purchase (check, invoice), the full original packaging and all components including the instruction manual.
